At ORO Fragrances, we take great pride in ensuring that your perfumes reach you safely and on time. Our team works diligently to process and ship every order with care, ensuring you receive your fragrances in perfect condition.

For original perfumes, deliveries within Mumbai are typically completed within 3–4 working days from the date of order confirmation. For orders outside Mumbai but within India (Pan India), delivery usually takes up to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

For our customised perfumes, which require special preparation and personalization, delivery within Mumbai takes approximately 5–6 working days, while orders outside Mumbai (Pan India) may take up to 14 working days. Please note that delivery timelines for areas outside Mumbai may vary based on the efficiency and service speed of our shipping partners.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can stay updated on your delivery status. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, unexpected delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors may occasionally occur.
