At ORO Fragrances, we strive to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality and reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you face any issue with your order, please review our refund and exchange policy below.
Perfumes can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, and only if they are in the same unused and original condition as received. Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in cases where:
- The perfume arrives damaged or broken due to the delivery partner.
- You receive the wrong perfume or incorrect bottle size from what you originally ordered.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers are required to provide proof (such as photos or videos) showing the issue clearly. Once verified, you may apply for an exchange, and in exceptional cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
